Bath and Body Works is looking for someone for their part time Sales Lead Management position.
Duties: Support the in-store customer experience by performing customer service duties, maintaining a selling focus and supporting all aspects of store operations, including maintaining visual standards and opening/closing routines.
Requirements: Proven ability to succesfully lead a sales team; Demonstrated sales accountability; Customer service experience - 6 months minimum; Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers and supervisors; Availability for varied weekly shifts including weekends, closing and peak shifts; Supervisory experienced preferred.
